Mount Webber is an Iron Ore mine located 250km South-Southeast of Port Hedland for which we manage the mining and ore processing on behalf of Atlas Iron. Our scope includes open pit mining, mineral processing and drill & blast.

Working in this diverse environment, with a strong Team culture committed to safety, you will be responsible for:
• Diagnosing and repairing equipment in both a workshop and field environment
• Maintenance and repairs to a fleet of mining equipment
• Repairing or replacing worn or defective parts, and reassembling mechanical components
• Interpreting and use of OEM documentation in the diagnosis and repair of mining equipment
• Maintenance repairs, servicing and rebuild tasks as directed
What we’re looking for:
• Trade certified as heavy duty fitter/mechanic
• Experience in a heavy duty mechanical maintenance role
• Experience with diagnosing and fault finding mechanical situations
